Avery M. Scheiner, M.D., FAAD
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Scheiner earned his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. Following his internship in internal medicine, Dr. Scheiner completed his dermatology residency at the New York University Medical Center Skin and Cancer Unit where he continued his affiliation teaching and supervising dermatology residents for over 17 years.
Dr. Scheiner is well known for his expertise in medical, surgical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology. His opinions and consultations are frequently sought out for his insight and expertise on emerging dermatologic therapies.
The many procedures he performs include skin cancer surgery, Botox injections, laser destruction of brown age/sun spots, laser destruction of blood vessels, mole removal, and laser rejuvenation of sun damaged/wrinkled skin.
Dr. Scheiner is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Jacqueline Beer, M.D., FAAD
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Cornell University, Dr. Beer received her M.D. degree and election to the AOA medical honor society from the University of Miami School of medicine.
Dr. Beer offers many procedures including skin cancer surgery, Botox/Dysport injections, fillers (Juvederm, Radiesse, and Restylane), chemical peels, sclerotherapy, and laser treatments for the removal of brown spots and blood vessels, rosacea, scar repair, and rejuvenation to reduce wrinkling and sun damage. Her training included both Internal Medicine and Dermatology, so she is able to treat her patients with a deeper understanding of their medical situation.
The unique feature of Dr. Beer’s practice is that she treats the whole family, from newborn to grandparent, from medical to cosmetic. On any given afternoon, she may treat acne in a teenager, laser his mom’s brown spots, prescribe something for his dad’s psoriasis, freeze warts on his sister’s feet, operate on his grandfather’s skin cancer, and inject botox into his aunt’s forehead. It’s unusual to be a “family doc” of sorts in Manhattan and she hopes to be doing it for many years to come!

Elizabeth Zeitler, M.D., FAAD
Elizabeth Zeitler is a Cum Laude graduate of Dartmouth College with an honors degree in Art History. Dr. Zeitler earned her medical degree and MBA from New York University. She completed her medical training at Mt. Sinai hospital and did her residency in dermatology at Montefiore Hospital and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Zeitler has used her background in art history to refine her approach to aesthetic dermatology. Using a wide variety of the most advanced and cutting edge tools, Dr. Zeitler is able to create a personalized plan that not only corrects signs of aging, but also maintains a natural youthful appearance.
The procedures Dr. Zeitler offers is a wide variety of injectable fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Refyne, Defyne, Kysse, Radiesse), and neuromodulators (Botox and Dysport). In addition, Dr. Zeitler performs laser procedures to treat brown spots, blood vessels, acne scars, and rosacea. Non-invasive anti aging procedures include suture suspension with NovaTreads, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and Microneedling with Rediofrequency using the Secret RF. These procedures can be used on all areas of the face and body to help with skin laxity and crepiness and can be combined with other modalities to create a complete anti-aging plan.
In addition, Dr. Zeitler has been an attending physician at Lenox Hill Hospital and treats all areas of medical dermatology.
